Hello Brian,
I am sorry about the issue, could you please provide me with a copy of your project to take a closer look?
You can export it in Step 5 - Export, choosing the “Export the project” option to generate an IWZIP file.
You can then upload the file with SwissTransfer, TransferNow or similar services, and provide a download link to support @ incomedia.eu (without the spaces).
Thank you.

Hello Eric C. Support

Any news yet?  Any indication what is causing the problem?  Desparate to get this blog working correctly.

Has the IWZIP file indicated yet what's wrong?

Hope to hear soon.

Regards

Brian H

I took a quick look at the blog page and I noticed strange links in http and not https with opposing slashes probably written incorrectly, I wouldn't want these strange characters to put the blog in crisis

Hi Giancarlo

Those opposing slashes & "http" have been created with the WebsiteX5 Blog object, not me, so presumably they're supposed to be like that?

As a former manual website creator using html, php, javascript, etc, that type of coding looks very strange to me as well.

Just waiting on Support to shed some light.

Thanks anyway.

Hello Brian,
support is not available during holidays such as Christmas and December 26th, and so the analysis could resume only today.
It seems I may need to escalate this to the development team, and will be able to update you only after the holidays and the limited support window is over, but I will be running some additional tests first.
I remain available.
