I just purchased and downloaded the newest version of Website X5. I am trying to import an older website made with a previous version of Website X5 and am getting the following error (attached). What do I need to do in order to import the website?

Hello Michael,
unfortunately there is no attachment.
Could you please provide me with a coy of the project and tell me what version it comes from?
I can attempt to convert it gradually with versions in between.
You can then upload the file with SwissTransfer, TransferNow or similar services, and provide a download link to support @ incomedia.eu (without the spaces).
Thank you.

I am not comfortable uploading my website with any of those services. Don't you have your own internal site for support I can upload the file to? I don't know the security of the listed transfer sites. I might just request a refund of my recent Website X5 purchase, since my older site created with an older version of Website X5 cannot be converted by the software. I had no idea when purchasing it that it would not convert due to age.

Hello Michael,
no, as these services are very reliable we never set up our own internal system for this.
Let me know if you can send the project and I will be able to support you.
I remain available.

The website Swisstransfer.com stores the data in Switzerland and up to 50 GB is free.

In WebSiteX5 under "5 Export > Export Project" a backup copy of the project is created with the file extension .iwzip. This file can be sent via Swisstransfer.com to the Incomedia email address.
