As of july 11 11:00 this problem still persists for me. Of cause I can still work on my site, but it's annoying that the program takes more than two minutes to start.

we're sorry for the inconvenience.
Since the issue that affected our servers last week has been solved, this is probably due to a local cause. Please try to disable your firewall, antivirus and VPN if you have one, then please start WebSite X5 as administrator.

Did as described, and everything seems fine now.
Since I did it step by step, I think it was the Windows Defender Private Network firewall that was the culprit.
