Hello
I'm unable to receive emails through my mailbox on the website. What could be the problem? Sending and receiving emails outside of the website works fine. Thank you

Hello Ergün,
I am sorry about the issue.
Are you using an address associated with your domain (for example, something like info @ dugundavet.com) in Step 5 - Export ---> Upload website to the internet ---> Parameters ---> E-mail?
Additionally, if the option "Allow sending from alternative senders" is active, please check the situation when disabling it.
I remain available.

Thank you for your reply. I tried the methods you suggested, but the result was the same. What else could it be?
Ask the web host's support which email parameters are needed.
The easiest setting is "PHP Mailer (recommended)", other settings require additional information that must be correct.

Thank you again,
My web hosting provider provided support on all matters; the parameters are correct, and they checked it via remote connection. PHP is up-to-date, but it's not responding. Would updating the version (I don't know how) have any effect?
Hello Ergün,
it is not likely, as usually errors with the sending of e-mails are unrelated to the software and caused by something related to the e-mail server or an incorrect configuration.
What version of PHP are you currently using?
If you log into your website's control panel at https://www.dugundavet.com/admin (you can use the credentials of any user set as administrator in Step 1 - Settings ---> Access Management), and check the Website Test section, is any error listed at the end of the page, where the e-mail log is found?
I remain availabnle.

Above is the private email address, e.g. from an email host.
Below that is the domain email address of the website, see

Hello Ergun,
these are the logged errors I was referring to. I recommend you report these to your hosting provider, it is likely that there is a wrong configuration to be changed somewhere, either in the project itself or in your hosting space.
For example, you may need to use a specific script recommended by the provider, such as SMTP/Authenticated SMTP instead of PHP Mailer.
I remain available.

The problem originated from the hosting company. The company resolved the issue remotely. Thank you very much for your interest and assistance.
