New website not uploading. Old one keeps recurring

Some months ago I re-registered with WX5, since my old registration had expired. Having rebuilt my website, whenever I try to upload it to my hosting programme (Heart internet), the old one and not the new keeps reloading.

Did you refresh after upload with F5?
If that does not help check the folder you are uploading to, see that it is the correct one.
Wait for the Incomedia employees, who may only be online from Monday during office hours in Italy.
Maybe the Incomedia employees can say whether it is related to the new registration.
Otherwise, in WebSite X5, click on "Preview" at the top while holding down the left Ctrl key and wait until the preview is completely displayed. This will cause the pages to be rebuilt.
Then do a “complete export of the website to the Internet” in WebSite X5.
In the browser, use the key combination Ctrl + F5 to retrieve the new files from the web server so that the browser does not use old files from the browser cache.
Can you post the url of your website & perhaps a screen shot of your new home page?
You may have more than one index file (eg index.home, index.html, index.php) and the wrong one is opening.

My website URL was https://rodneymunday-sculptor.co.uk but Heart Internet who host my website, in trying to sort out this problem, have suggested that I use https://rodneymunday-sculptor.co.uk/rodneymunday-sculptor.co.uk/adminftp/
I attach the screenshot as suggested.

This probably means that the included web hosting is used by WebSite X5, but the domain is hosted by another provider.

I assum here that you are at Heart Internet.

Please check the settings in X5 step 5 Webadres and the Parameter button.
