Shop and Blog Not Working After Update  en

Hi Incomedia,

I've just updated X5 Pro to the 2026.2.4 version on my computer and tested the preview before uploading. (Thankfully I didn't upload before checking).

In "preview" mode, with the new update, the shop search page doesn't display any products whatsoever, the product pages do not show either, and the blog doesn't display any posts.

I tried the preview in Brave Browser, Firefox and Edge. None of these browsers are showing the shop products or blog.

As a precaution, I have not uploaded my website with the new update until I know for sure this is just an isolated "preview" problem.

The attached images are what I get in preview mode:

SHOP SEARCH PAGE SHOWS NO PRODUCTS

BLOG MAIN PAGE SHOWS NO POSTS

Can you confirm this is a latest update error? And whether or not it is just a "preview" problem. If I upload my website with the new update, will my online store not display any products?

Regards, Nigel.

Hello Nigel,
I am sorry about the issue.
We did not encounter this issue during our testing phase with 2026.2.4, nor reports of this by users who used it in Beta version.
Could you please provide me with a copy of the project to investigate this directly?
You can export it in Step 5 - Export, choosing the “Export the project” option to generate an IWZIP file, and clicking CTRL while generating the file to generate a reduced size IWZIP for support purposes.
You can then upload the file with SwissTransfer, TransferNow or similar services, and provide a download link to support @ incomedia.eu (without the spaces).
Thank you.

Hi Eric, it looks like Ive sorted it now. I just pressed "ctrl" and "preview" which seems to have refreshed the preview mode.

I have also uploaded my website with the new update and is working okay smile

Appologies for the bother.
