Hi, I want to create a blog with hosting at Website. I want to buy a new domain: "diasweb.no". Is that possible?

If the inclusive web hosting from WebSite X5 is used, then no .no domain will be available there, see
>> https://host.it/domini
A domain from an external provider can be connected to the inclusive web space of WebSite X5, see
----- Guide -----
Web Domain- How set up a domain registered to another Registrar so it redirects to your webspace

However, I have no experience with this because I have the domain and web space with an external web host.
Hi,
thank you for getting in touch.
I confirm that unforunately we don't support .no domains, I'm sorry about this!
Please let me know if I can be of any further help. Kind regards.

I have the domain oleweb.eu and it is hosted with simply.com. I was thinking of buying another domain (e.g., diasweb.eu) and hosting it with you (website). Can I use my license for both domains?
Best regards,
Ole Andreas
As far as I know, the free, inclusive web space at WebSite X5 is only for 1 domain.
For additional domains, a new paid web space package would have to be booked.
Detailed information from Incomedia staff tomorrow during office hours.
Hi!
I confirm you can connect one single domain per webspace: if you have a second domain that you want to host with us, you then need an additional hosting too.
Thanks! Kind regards.

Hi,
Does that mean I only pay for hosting, nok. 54,82/month?
Regards Ole Andreas
Hi!
The price for purchasing a new hosting would be €71.88/year. If you then need a .no domain, you can purchase it from an external provider and connect it to the hosting by setting up the DNS.
Thanks! Kind regards.

Hi,
I have now bought a new domain at Website, "diasweb.eu". Wondering how I can access the hosting. I'm getting questions (see attached file) about the PHP password. But I have no idea what it should be.
Best regards,
Ole Andreas
Hi!
You can purchase the hosting that you need to connect the domain here:

Thanks! Kind regards.

Hi,
I don't need to buy a new host, because I haven't used any domain with Website before. And 1 host is included with the license?
Regards,
Ole Andreas
The inclusive web hosting from WebSite X5 is only free in the 1st year, from the 2nd year onwards the inclusive web hosting is available with a 50% discount, as long as the license is extended with a 50% discount every year.
If you have multiple domains, you would have to calculate whether it would be cheaper to buy one external hosting package on which multiple domains can be used.
However, it is not as easy as with inclusive web hosting.
Hi!
Sorry, I fear I got confused. I confirm diasweb.eu is already connected to your hosting, you can access the panel here: https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/en/community/users/537130/webhosting
If you mean the password fot the database, you will find it in the "Database" section.
Thanks!

Inserted the password I found under the Database section. But why do I get Buy now!? Shouldn't I see Parameters?
I can upload the website (diasweb.eu) but I can't see any comment and vote, and I also don't get any feedback to my email (***)
Regards
Ole Andreas
Hi!
You don't see the parameters because you don't need to add any: everything is already set up, so that you can simply click on the Start arrow on the top right part of the window to start the online export.
What page did you add the Comment and Ratings Object on?
As to the contact form, I suggest setting a domain e-mail address instead, namely an e-mail address that has the same domain as the website.
Thanks!

Hi,
We're starting to get close to the goal. But I still have some questions that I can't figure out (see attached sketch):
1. On the blog, I can't get "Comment and Vote" to show up
2 and 3. How do I set this up and how can I read it off?
4. I've created an email with the domain name, but I'm not getting any feedback
If you can help me with that, then we've come quite far! Many thanks for the help!
