Sales terms are displayed twice at checkout – website X5 Pro
Author: Marcel W.I am currently developing an online store using WebSite X5 Pro and have encountered an issue during the final step of the checkout process.
The text containing the terms and conditions is being displayed twice: once on the right, below the order summary, and again at the bottom of the page.
This occurs both in the preview mode and on the published website, across both desktop and mobile devices.
The text has only been entered once, under E-commerce → Customer Data → Terms and Conditions.
I have also tested whether the 'Require agreement to terms and conditions' option is the cause. When I disable this, the checkbox disappears, but the text remains visible twice.
Could you explain why this is happening and how I can ensure that the terms and conditions are displayed only once, while still keeping the mandatory checkbox for agreement?
Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello Marcel,
unfortunately there is no option to only display the Terms and Conditions in one place.
The display in two locations has the main purpose of allowing a customer to confirm even if they have scrolled down the bottom of a long list of products, without having to return at the top.
