Hi, OK I uninstalled and reinstalled your latest software using Windows software removal in the program control panel because I couldn't find an uninstall in your software. Anyway, all appears to be fine. Now my problem is that template I mentioned. Your instructions on template installation state to "run the .exe file to install the template". I downloaded the 360-3D Dimensional template. Unzipping it gives me the following file: 3Dimensional.iwzip My system does not recognize a .iwzip extension and there is no .exe file so how do I install this? Thanks, Brian

Hi Brian!
The ''360-3D Dimensional template'' is a project template therefore you do not have to install it in the program, but you have to import it. Please go into Step 0, in the ''project selection'' area, select the ''edit an existing project'' option and import the .iwzip project in your WebSite X5. You will then be able to open it and adjust it according to your needs.

Hope this helps!

Worked like a charm. Thank you. Someone should change your online tutorial to: If there is an .exe this is how you do it and if there is an .iwzip this is how you do it.

Thanks,
Brian

Thank you Pawel! We will definitely change that very soon! That explanation was related to Evo 8 that's why it was incorrect!

I tried to do as told above, but where do I put the .iwzip files?

The program can't seem to find them...
