When I open the Programme, version 9, and want to access the WebsiteX5 photos, 9 out of 10 times I end up here, in the forum.
Besides, I seem to be forced onto Internet Explorer instead of my usual browser, Firefox.
Please do something about both these problems.

That' because you can download the photos from answers! If you look on the top right hand side of this page, you will see a list of options. Amongst these, you will find ''WebSite X5 photos'', that is where you download your photos. So you do not have to open this section from there, you can also visit it from here! I will inform the technical team and ask them if they can give you various browser options in the next release!
