How to crate blog evolution 9

I am desperate. How do I create a blog. I have tried it, but it does not show ind the review. Something I do is so wrong. Can anyone help me from the beginning. I made a blog in version smart and it was ok, but now i am using evolution. Help

Here is my problem,
I nead to setup Blog for my client in the next few days , in this case is customer has access to publishing posts without having WSX5?
Is there some online control panel with pasword access to login for blog administartors, and if yes- how to setup username and pass. for adninistrators, or something else for that?
I have not ever made a blog, so I asked you to help me, is it possible to sher with me a link to guide how to do that, step by step, how to setup tempalte for blog, server permition (for which folder?) ! I will search forum, and didnt find tutorial for that

It's not possible to update the blog without having the software installed on the pc, your client needs to buy a copy of the program and you need to give him the iwzip file of your project in order to be possible for him updating the site.
I can tell you that make a blog with WebsiteX5 is very easy, you can read the relative section of the manual for an exhaustive explanation. You can download the manual in the download section of your profile in answers.

Just one more question,
if blog have two admins, and both posted into blog, whether published last post overwrites the previous one from the other administartora or just added? I wonder whether administrators must after each changes send to other admins IWP file, if you undersud me !?

You are having an internal server error in http://www.rtvflash.2awebdesign.net/blog/ maybe something went wrong during the exportation, please try to export the whole site again and if the problem persists you need to contact your hosting provider.
In the case of two admins they need to export the project and pass it each other every time a change is made on the site (also having added an article on the blog), otherwise they will loose their last work.
