Website x5 Instalation problem

I have purchased your product WebsiteX5. I have been working & testing with a unregistered version. I uninstalled unregistered version and after i install the original one. The new one does not allow me to introduce serial key or register process. And now is running like an unregistered licence. What should i do to work with properly?
I am working with W7 professional.
He comprado la licencia de Website x5. He estado probando y trabajando con una versión sin registrar. Desinstalo la versión sin registrar e instalo la nueva. El programa se inicia sin dejarme introduccir el serial Key ni entra en ningun proceso de registro.
Que debo hacer para que funcione correctamente.

I see that you've a registered version assigned to your email now, did you still have the problem?

Hi Michele,
After auto uninstall, i needed check the hdd looking for resting files, and also check the register. I found several files that the system kept. After deleting them, the problem was solve and i registered the licence in an usual way.

Yo tengo el mismo problema, estuve trabajando con una versión sin registrar y acabo de comprar el programa como inserto el serial que lleva el programa?...como puedo trabajar con el?

you could do the same as Manuel, just uninstall the program and delete the files from the program folders left on windows, then install the new version of the program, thank you
