PayPal and Website X5  en

I have an important question about PayPal integration in Website X5...

When the eCommerce is set up through Website X5, customers should have a PayPal account in order to purchase merchandise. If they don't have an account with PayPal, they have to create one. But, I know that PayPal - as a service - gives the option to pay using a Credit Card, where a PayPal account is not needed. Why don't we have that option through Website X5?

My customers want to be able to pay using their credit cards rather than open a PayPal account. You understand that some impatient customers do not make the time to create a PayPal account, so they leave the site without ordering. This is not good for the business. Please tell me what is the problem and why PayPal acts this way?

Thank you,

Agron - New York

Dear Agron,

our technical team has added Paypal in webSite X5 because it is the most secure payment method online. At the moment there isn't another method you can use with Evo 9 therefore if you wish, you can post an idea and suggest a payment method or more that you would like to add into WebSite X5 . Our technical team will analyse it and consider it for future updates.
Thank you!

Hi!

For example, in we can use Robokassa (http://robokassa.ru/en/index.aspx) - it's a  "all-in-one" payments service. But I don't know khow it must connected to X5.

It is the service, that allows sellers (on-line stores) to receive payments by plastic cards, in every e-currency, using mobile commerce services, E-invoicing via leading banks, through ATMs, through instant payment terminals, through Contact remittances, and with the iPhone application.

Can you include this possibility to Website X5?

I remember before, there was a way to fill up a form with your credit card information on paypal and you didn't have to make a paypal account. Can't our customers just use their credit card information through paypal?????

@ Arnold: Hi! Please post an idea for our technical team! They will consider adding this payment option into future updates.
Thank you!

@Jorge: Actually, this can be done: when you click on the paypal payment option you have the chance to either login or to pay directly with your Credit Card. Please contact Paypal form more info!
Thank you!
