Problems with borders. The right border is bigger then left

Problems with borders If i want to paste an image or blog inside my page for all width of the page, i have a problem with borders of the right side. They are always bigger than left borders, if i write "0" for right borders, I always have borders nearly "3" or "4" . What should I do?
And little problem with sub menu. It is bigger than page.

What template are you using? Did you create it yourself or pick it from the template gallery? Could you please kindly attach a screnshot of your custom template settings if you did it yourself?

Thank you very much for your screenshots, they are perfect.
Here's what you have to do: go into the ''content section (first screenshot you gave me, on the top of the list) and adjust the ''inner margins' of your content. I suggest you add an Image object in your page then add an image it, it has to be big. Then adjust the margins. This will help you avoid issues with the other objects you add in your page.
Please have a look at the screenshot I have attached to this post for more info, you need to adjust what I have marked in the green rectangle.
