I can not log in to my control panel when accessing www.mywebsite.com/admin I get message that my login or password is incorrect... I have a site on one.com Is there something that I need to set up on one com?

I'm assuming that this is supposed to be the same username and login I use to log to my website on one.com Is this correct?
No. The username and password can be found in 4. Advanced Settings -> Access Management.

as written bydarren,
for connect with the ftp server you need the username and password by one.com.
For connect with the "/admin" page of your site you can set the username and password in Advanced Settings -> Access Management and set in admin propeties.
