WebSite X5 Smart - Invalid activation code

I've installed the program from the Computer Shopper DVD, Iss 293, registered and tried to use the License Key supplied but get this result:
ATTENTION: The License Key entered does not exist therefore it is not valid
I Have copied & pasted, also re-typing manually, without success.
