In this case what procedure did you follow in order to register your program? 

To receive the unlock code you must follow the manual unlock procedure step by step and you will receive the unlock code to your email address.

from that site I don't see any link to a correct promo page, anyway I see form your profile that you already have a WebsiteX5 smart 9 licence correctly attached to your email *** from the eight of may.

Is your problem that you can't use the program or what else?
