Flash / html5  en

guys, seriously there needs to be alternative support for flash objects - when viewed on iPads / iPods - even if that is html5 driven. Adobe have just focused their efforts now to support / drive html5 animated content now, and this is looking like flash will soon fade.

With the amount of iOS devices out there, this is a big issue and needs to be addressed me thinks. I am currently a user of v8 but if this was implemented properly (flash elements / gallery compiled into html5) I would be upgrading right away..

JQuery & HTML5 has been implemented into X5 V9 so there is a lot of possibilities....

Thing is as you know HTML5 is now being supported by "ALL" the browsers and this is an important point of using X5 which is an integral part of a great learning curve....

This is no fault of Incomedia who are the "ONLY" website building company to start using HTML5 and of course are finding faults in the system!!!

I think personally we should learn this new coding for ourselves as it's going to be with us for years, in fact they are still developing the HTML5 coding probably until the end of the year.

Until then us X5ers who are able to have a greater understanding of mobile devices and are willing to except the changes. The alternative being that we should seek out HTML5 sites that are giving us the opportunity to input this coding. Incomedia will catch up eventually methinks..... But it is "NEW" to all of us and we should persevere with the consequences until it has been developed properly...

Don't you agree?
