Is there a function to manage inventory and reporting of product listed in my eshop and how do I know (how fast) that there was a purchase?

The options you asked for are not present in WebsiteX5 at the moment, may I suggest you to open a post marked as "idea" expressing your wish to have these options in the future versions of WebsiteX5? thank you for understanding
