I am setting up a Cart/Catalogue for a restaurant site. But it is not for web ordering, just for customers to View and or Print their order. Is it possible to: 1. Change the "Submit Order (Next) Button" to a "Print Button", and 2. Disable the Mandatory Email, as it is not needed?

WebsiteX5 doesn't provide these kind of functions for customize the shopping cart, if you wish you can change the text of the "submit order" button in step 1 -> click on the button on the right of the language contents -> customize the text, but this change will modify only the text and not the functionality of the button.
I suggest you to open an "idea" post expressing the wish to have more shopping cart customization for the future versions of the program, thank you
