Unable to upload  en

My webpages will not upload to my domain. Every time that I try I get the message "Unable to connect to the server. Please check with your internet provider that you have the correct connection infoormation." I have taken this up with my domain provider and have followed their instructions to no avail, although they insist that they have no difficulty accessing my domain. I would appreciate your comments. I am running X5 under Windows 7, 64-bit. Thank you. Laurie Hambrook

Helll Laurence!

To solve the problem, you can choose one of the following options:

  • Try changing the type of connection activating or disabling the FTP Passive mode.
  • The export is blocked by Firewall, Anti-Spyware or  Anti-Virus programs. Disable temporarily protection programs installed on your PC or set them in order to allow WebSite X5 to have free access to the Internet.
  • Server temporarily unavailable. The Server may be undergoing maintenance or simple reboot. Try again later or contact your Provider.
  • Remote disk is full. The space on the Server disk is full so you can't complete the publication of the site. Verify the possibility to save space deleting all the already published files and then proceed with a new export.
  • The login and password are not correct, please check them. To be sure copy and paste them to avoid any typing errors.

What version of the program do you have? I can not see your licence in your control panel.
