Hi - Thanks - You gave me this advice too and I tried it and it would not let me enter "administrator" presumably because I don't have a password to go with it.  Yet another error message came up

"The application has generated an exception that could not be handled.

Process ID=0xb88 (2952), Thread D=)xd24(3364)."

Any other suggestions?

Dear Dario, you should use your computer as administrator in order to avoid issues. If you can not, I suggest you delete the program from your computer completely then download its latest version from the ''download'' section in the top right corner of this page. After, please install again then let me know if you still have the same issues.
Hope this helps!

Dear Samantha, I'm using my computer as administrator and I'm only user on this computer. Still I can not perform an update process. Thanks for your suggestion about deleting program and reinstallation but I'm afraid about some issues.

If I delete the program does it mean I'm deleteing all my projects as well ?

Do I have to insert croatian language  translations again in new program ?

We automatically assume you have tried this basic approach first that is why it is never mentioned in our answers!!

....and because you are the only one using the computer don't presume you are the ADMINISTRATOR because you are NOT, everyone logs onto their own computer as a USER!!

Have Fun!
