How do I navigate thro to ftp/hosting without forwarding box?  en

Since updating my webX5 v 9 I can't see the Back/Forward instruction boxes on each page but have navigated via the site-map. This is a nuisance! The real problem comes on the final stages of an edit when I wish to send the new edition forward to ftp link to hosting packages. No box to navigate from! Do I need to unsubscribe and re-download whole kit and caboodle? I hope not! Howard W.

I'll try! When previously I have used websiteX for writing 6 web sites each page of each web site has had the save and next option in the bottom right hand of each page. When reaching the last page with the options for saving to hosting, to disc or to PC, each option shows (and still shows ) to left of each a choice spot. Each option then shows a back and save box. When choosing the save to ftp a process of save boxes showed. Now, since updating none of these options boxes show at all. When edtiing each page the SAVE at the head of each page seems not to happen, but does! This is not the case with the uploading to ftp.

As a consequence I am unable to update/manage each of my web sites! I hope this matter is solvable!!! HW

Hi Howard,

the minimum resolution is 1024X768, try to increase the resolution.

And check if you have the "big character" in Windows and set it to 100%.
