Download the latest version of Crafty Syntax fromhttp://craftysyntax.com/installation.php
Upload all the files to your webserver.
Open up the setup.php file in your web browser like so: http://www.yourdomainname.com/livehelp/setup.php
Follow the online wizard instructionsShown here http://craftysyntax.com/docs/installation/
