Template doesn't show properly in Chrome, Firefox or IE.

I've used template called "Be in tune" from "Free Time" section and chosen the one with the microphone picture at the top and musical notes at the bottom.
But the preview and the uploaded site do not show these.
What has happened?

I should have put that I'm using Website X5 Evolution 9.

Finally found out what the problem was. Pilot error of course. I have ticked the "Save as JPG Image" box and when I had unselected it, the problem went away. Does anyone know why this option is here and what it does?
