I get the message ”activation Error 314” There have been too many unlock code requests from your account lately.. Please contact support center to verify your account status.. I have tried to install it on a new computer….. how can I contact support center?

. . . make a new post and set it to *private* - so only Inco can read.
Attach your billing-info and (old) mail which you used for registration.
Within a short time you will get the info from Inco . . .

"make a new post and set it to *private*". HOW TO?
-> click onto *website answers* (upper left)
-> click on problem - and enter your text
-> click *continue*
-> upper right you will se a *lock* - just click to set *private*
