Upload no Longer Working WebsiteX5 v9  en

Every site I have created with WebsiteX5 v 9 will not permit me to update anymore... it used to let me use program to update sites to /index.html and /public.html. Both with different server providers no nothing... I just registered another site; harassing the server provider to help... I used FileZilla to upload no luck... What is wrong with this program that is has stopped working I paid for for it, update it regularly... PLEASE HELP or refund... same old statement "Incorrect destination folder or cannot create destination folder"... Cannot blame two different server providers...

Hello Apihaka!
If you can not connect to the internet either with WebSite X5 or with Filezilla, I guess there is something wrong with your computer. Could you please kindly give me your FTP details, username and password? I will then see what I can do for you.
Thanks!

I cannot upload my site updates either. I have tried rebooting, clearing cache, disabling firewall and deleting and reloading the whole program. Could you please help?

As Sam says if you cannot upload using an external FTP Client it must be your computer..... Or you have exceeded your webspace limit!!

Win 7 Pro is having problems uploading from any FTP Client as reported on the internet!!

Has your Hosting company given you an upload limit?

Or a limited amount of space on the server....
