Can I make something similar like on this website with website x5?

All the way down there is a video on the left side, "click to play" is it possible to make a talk over video like that to play on any of my websites that I created with website x5? please advice thank you!

I'm sorry but it is not possible to add a video in your background. You can add it either in your header or in your footer if you wish. This will be visualized in your entire website.
