your site seems to be a project template as it was, probably the email form is not correctly cofigured. If your hosting provider supports PHP5, the email form should work without any modification.
I suggest you to create a simple project with a simple email form on it, configure it following the manual (I know it's in english but I'm sorry we don't have turkish language ) and try it online.
