Shopping cart not visible for program

Hi,
When I pressed a cart-button to view my cart, I received error that cart/index.html was not found on this server (one.com). But this file is present on server! I see it in ftp-client. What is a problem?

can you tell me the URL of your site please so i can test it.
Try export the site on the disk and copy manually the files and folders of the site on the server, use a external program, for example Filezilla.

Problem was solved. I don't know what it was because after one or two hour my cart began worked correctly. Thanks for attention!
