Hello Michael,
the e-commerce cart is compatible with iPhone. All it's needed is JavaScript.
Make sure you deleted the cookies on your iPhone.
Did you try to export the entire site again on your server? Don't export only the updates but the entire site.
Moreover, you should update your WSX5 to the latest version (9.1.2) because you're still using v 9.0.6.
