it seems like these aren't the correct email / password for the admin area. You should use the credentials found in step 4 -> restricted access -> get the password for the admin user by double clicking on it (by default this user is "admin").

Here is my registered account sorry i forgot i had this one.

Another update my web host is telling me i can select what version of php to run 4, 5.2 and 5.3 are my options. I have played with folder permissions and that doesnt seem to be the issue

Oh i tested somthing else out if i put the entry page as the home page and the login works just fine but when i am trying to set the entry page as a hidden and locked page i get the looping.
