does the one year offer from one.com start when we purchase website x5, or when we activate the code?
It will take me a little time to set up my website and was wondering if time is passing by and the offer is being used.

You need your hosting account to start now! Then you can insert an "Under Construction" page on the server informing your visitors that your site will be ready soon.... And not only for that?
You can insert a test folder on the server to see how your website is progressing as you upload to see the changes day by day!!! This will not go live until you are satisfied your website is functioning correctly on the internet!!
