Create IWP from existing website

My computer crashed, so I bought a new one. Had all data backed up online. Just bought Version 9, but discovered that IWP files are not stored in My Documents, so were not backed up. Is there any way to create an IWP file from the existing website? (Only speak English)

No you cannot creat an IWP (V8) from your files, you will have to create the project again!!

Will the advice you gave to another questioner - download all the website files from the internet and paste them into a new project - work in this case?
Ian that is correct my friend....
Download and rebuild your project again by using the resources from the internet files!! (Use the Custom Template facility)
This time Ian, after you have completed the project..... Make a backup by Using X5 V9 Export/Export the Project.....
