Does WebEx support any third party database software such as easyGen 2? I am currently using version 8.

I don't know easyGen but i think that using the normal html X5 slot, you canintegrate the programinx5.

with WebsiteX5 you can use any MySql database to collect data filled by your visitors thank to the Email form object.
If you have access and the correct parameters you can use any database but I don't know about easyGen 2 in particular.
