please try to delete all the files from your web server and the export the whole site again, this should solve the problem.

if you export your site locally do you have all the files of your website? In this case there could be some problem connecting with your hosting provider via FTP.
Could you try to export your site locally and then export it in your hosting provider with an external FTP program like FileZilla?
