WHY DOES INCOMEDIA IGNORE ITS CUSTOMERS?  en

Author: Preston M.

Incomedia does not allow direct support via email or telephone.

Incomedia claims the 'Answer' forum is a superior form of offering support:

"We don't use e-mails for support in order to guarantee a better help service...please do NOT use email contacts for technical matters, but connect to our Social Help Center on http://answers.websitex5.com"

INCOMEDIA LIES!   Incomedia refuses to answer posts that present difficult issues.  Therefore, this 'forum' method of support is a way for Incomedia to avoid its duty to its customers.

Sincerely,

Preston Mitchell

Hello Preston

I do not agree. I think that this forum makes it very simple to get an answer to our questions, thanks to the oppertunity for both technicans and other users to reply.

Futhermore when something gets solved, other people who may have the same issue, can look that answer up, and the X5 guys don't have to answer the same question twice or more.  This way the X5 guys can reply faster at new posts, and help more people.

Incomedia don't lie, they are actually doing a great job. If your post somehow didn't get answered, there may have been a reason for that. Or maybe you didn't like the answer they gave you.

Actually Incomedia do support by E-mail. I have some proof of that. One time my shopping cart didn't work, and I emailed my project. They fixed it whitin 2 days. Thats awesome.

So this post is unessasery, and I don't hope more prople share your oppinion, cause lets face it, thats stupid.

Sincerely Henrik

My Dear Herr Henrik,

Thank you for your reply.  But I beg to differ with your point of view.

Yes, perhaps this forum is good way to provide answers to technical issues, especially if an active community exists here.  HOWEVER, do you suppose this forum is an appropriate place to address purecustomer service issues?

For instance, if Incomedia screws a customer during the process of purchasing X5, is this forum the appropriate venue to address that matter.  How can a mere community member correct a customer service issue?

CAN YOU FIX A X5 ORDER THAT HAS GONE HORRIBLY WRONG?  Answer that, my dear Herr Henrik!  For such issues, direct email to Incomedia customer support is the only appropriate method!

No, I did NOT receive any answers to my previous three posts explaining the serious problem with my X5 order.

Ha, ha, you are a very funny Kraut.  You said, "Actually Incomedia do support by E-mail. I have some proof of that."  Well, sir, I refer you to this Incomedia web page that absolutely refutes your claim: http://www.incomedia.eu/ar/autoresponder_2.html

Sir, perhaps you have some influence with Incomedia.  If so, I suggest you contact your Incomedia friends and tell them that they have a MAJOR problem named 'Preston'.   Companies pay me to improve their online reputations.  So, I certainly know how to murder online reputations too.  If Incomedia doesn't fix my order very soon, I will take highly aggressive actions designed to scare potential customers away from buying Incomedia software.  If I can cause Infomedia to lose even a few 100 sales, I win!

IN CONCLUSION, the problem with your reply is that you made an assumption without investigating the facts.  You should have reviewed my previous posts to learn the nature of my issue before speaking.  Therefore, my dear Herr Henrik, I call your attention to the first three letters of the word 'assumption'.  And I pray you to remember that before you make any further assumptions.

In any event, again, thank you for the courtesy of your reply.  However, go stuff yourself.

Best regards,  F. Preston Mitchell

Hello Preston, It it not necessary to write in such this way, especially towards another user who is trying to help you. I forwarded all your posts to one place and I answered about your question. Thanks.
