Can you be more specific on what you want in your email form?

In Page Creation section, use the Email Form Widget.  Double click on it, click on Add and pick which Fields you want to have in your email form.  For example, you will want a Text Area.  Click on Text Area, choose Label (what you want to call this area), set maximum number of characters and rows.  Click OK and you have text area.  You can add many other options like Date, make the person show their email address, etc.

Under Send tab in the Email Form Object, under Data Submission, write your email address where the email will come to you.  If you want the person to receive a confirmation email which he sent, you Check the first box on the right side of the form and you can write some message in that area.
