Payment problems in shoppingcart and los off danish language option  en

Author: Henrik Hast Christiansen

In shoppingcart it shows kr. when choosing DKK.

This is a problen according to Nets - danish banks online payment service - who wants DKK to be stated in order to use their payment option.

How do I change the settings from kr. to DKK?

After updating to the last version I also lost the danish language option in the program - what to do?

Hi Henrick,

uninstall the program, delete the file languages.xml in this path:

C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\Incomedia\WebSite X5 v9 - Evolution

then download the last version of the program by the "My download" page and install the Danish version.

If you need to modify the standard text in the site you can click on the "Language propeties" in step 1 and modify the single words.

Hello Ricardo  - thanks for your reply.

I did as you prescribed, but content language for the site does not offer danish language - german, icelandic, norwegian, english, german and so on is offered - but not danish.

A bit strange this is not included in the latest update of the danish version.

I'm back to square one!

About the modification of single words, I'm not shure what to do. Could you supply details on this?

I do need the site to show DKK for danish kroners - not kr. as the standard text says. I think it would be a good idea if you changed this setting in order to meet the requirements from danish banks, who wants danish kroners shown as DKK in order to supply an online payment solution.

Hi again

I figured out how to change the kr. to DKK to meet the dansih banks standards.

I still do miss the danish language in content of site option.

Tak for tippet, Henrik.

Problemet er, at jeg får en meddelelse om, at zipfilen er beskadiget eller ugyldig - og jeg kan ikke hente den ned.

I have tried to place the languagefile provided by Henrik - but could not find the location, you prescribe.

After exploring the program files i found this place with same type files:

C:\Programmer\WebSite X5 v9 - Evolution\Conf

Tried to remove the languagefile and replace it - but it didn't work for me.

I'm not sure you understand my problem. V9 is in danish at my computer, but I can't choose danish language content - the option is not provided. I now have options, german, icelandic, norwegian, swedish, english, german and so on - but no danish option.

It is anying everything is in danish - except standard text about shopping.

The v9 is the third version I have boght, and it keeps giving me headaches - everytim I update, as prescribeb by Incomedia - things f#ck up - and I have to spend days and weeks resolving the problems due to updating.

The time won building a website with v9 is lost given the problem you supply with your updates.

Come on, now!

This is the right direction if you run Win7:

C:\Users\brugernavn\AppData\Local\Incomedia\WebSite X5 v9 - Evolution

Restart the program if opned when replaced. Then the danish language will be availble.

Hi Riccardo

I cannot find the path you have stated. I do have c:\documents and Settings\myusername\ - but I don't have anything like the path you have shown - in danish, english or any other languagedes - I have google translated your italian path.

The fact, you don't apply danish content language option in a dansih version 9 really blows my mind.

You have supplied it in earlier versions, I did have it until updating to the latest version of v9 - how come you don't just fix the error you have supplied in the latest update, instead of pulling your customers through strange technical solutions placing files deep down in the computers filesystem.

Update the update and fix the problem directly in your script, please!!

I do have icelandic, norwegian, english, french, italian, french, german, dutch, swedish and so on content language - but no dansih - in the danish version!!!

This is not very userfriendly and easy to build with - the whole purpose of buying your program.

Hi Henrick,

Try in this path and delete the "Incomedia" folder:

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Application Data

When I go to this path:

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator

I don't have the option: Local Settings

Why don't you just make a working update?

I guess I just have to live with the problems you have created and accept I have wasted my money buying v9 - and move my site to joomla - it's for free, support is swift and solutions are solid.

Hi Henrik,

this path is correct (C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator) only if you use the "Administrator" user name.

Try to enable the view of system folder and hide folder.
