WebsiteX5 Evolution 9 export the site with Charset UTF-8, you need ask your server to set Charset UTF-8 in your domain.

After export of goods in the.csv file I edit the table in Microsoft Excel or the Notebook. Thus I do not break table structure. After import of the table of the goods to the WebSite program Russian symbols are displayed not correctly!

check the save system of the .CSV that you have used. Probably you save the .csv with wrong character charser. Try to re save the .csv in UTF-8.
