Drop-down menu gives the error message and automatically turns off, saying to install the program again.

Hey Jorge,
have you filled out the form to report errors ? The one on your screenshot?
And are you sure you pc meets the minimal requirements to use the software? You can check them following the link below

Yes, i report the error, but no one contact me.
My PC is Asus with Win7.
Continues the same problem.
