When trying to upload to the website this message comes up. "Your current security settings do not allow this file to be downloaded" How do I change the security settings?

Right....I think I understand what you are saying. The problem is with settings in Internet Explorer. You wrote "Look in theinernetoptionenandthehelp of the browserformoreinfoon the versionof IE" Can you spell that out a bit more for me please?
