Problem appears to be there is no "licence.iwl" in Evolution folder or anywhere else on c:\ drive for that matter. Attached copy of error log

I had the same problem with activation. Got a new installation done, then go to the folder that contains the files of WebX5. then double-click the imupdate file and after that double-click on the icon imregister. Then fill in your details, it solved my problem.

greeting Ron.

Still unable to activate.

Seems I will be looking for a refund as useless if I can't use it.

Uninstall the program, then remove all incomedia files from the registry via regedit. install the program again, update the program and activate after update. Hope it works then.

greeting Ron.

Hello Mark and Ron,

Usually the registration software loop is caused by a corrupted .NET 3.5 installation.

Mark, have you already tried this? http://answers.websitex5.com/post/23939

You can also try to repair your .NET installation following this guide: http://blogs.msdn.com/b/astebner/archive/2007/03/26/how-to-repair-the-net-framework-2-0-and-3-0-on-windows-vista.aspx

The guide was made for Windows Vista but it works on Seven too.Wink

Have tried everything suggested to no avail.

Have now uninstalled software and requested a refund via Paypal resolution.

Very disappointed.

Mark, I'm very sorry that you cannot run the software on your PC. I'm sure it's all caused by a corrupted .NET 3.5 installation.

We received your refund request. In the meanwhile, I still suggest you to try to install it on another PC, if it's possible. Wink

I have the same problem with the installation. I just recently bought the program and tried repeatedly to no avail. What shall I do?
