No puedo instalar el x5 v8

Estoy intentando instalar el WEBSITE X5 evolution 8, para el cual compré una licencia, y al instalarlo y e insertar el Product Code para coseguir el código de desbloqueo me sale este mensaje: "The type of licence does not correspond to the indicated Product Code The Product Code refers to another type of licence that you are installing. Error 5"
