I have set up the the shopping cart, however when a customer places an order, they receive confirmation but the order is not received at the admin email provided

Please check in the Menu 4 under E-commerce if in the tab "customers details" in "E-Mail with order" the provided email address is correct.
In case it's correct check in the spam folder of you email account.
