I'm having a senior moment right about now. 

I have a site, http://midsouthmc.org where the second menu choice is News-Forms that takes you to http://midsouthmc.org/news-forms.html which has several text objects on it.

I want to change the menu option to a drop down that lists each text object on that page so that when a user licks on one they are taken directly to that text object on the page. The url would be something like http://midsouthmc.org/news-forms.html#whatever (whatever = the name of the anchor placed at the top of the text object).

Is this clear as mudd?  Ideas??
