Welcome page does not work. note it is discharged to the host, but it does not appear in the browser. Earlier this to work.

Is the welcome page visible in the Preview?
If it's visibile try to export the project again but check that the Option "Upload all Website Files to the Internet" is selected.
When you finished to upload visit the website and press CTRL + F5 together 2 or 3 times.

The welcome page appeared after the fourth update the site, but with a welcome page, it goes to the home, I set the timer to 5 seconds, but it nourish the welcome page in a cyclic order.

If it's visible in the preview delete all files on the webserver and upload after the project again.
