Small question about Mini sites and template

Hello
I would like to ask about Mini Sites Collection. I have Website x5 version 9 but i have small problem. It is possible make new 3 colum template? I do not find this kind of option. I want to build template from scratch but there some limitations. Dont know hot to insert more columns into template if I want to have navigation on the left. In the middle content and on the right some other info which will be on all pages and it will change dynamically.

In the menu 3 you can add an extra column in your pages and add different content in every column.you choose to make a custom template with vertical menu and then you use in the pages 2 columns where you insert the content in the first and in the second the other content.

My question was about template with 3 columns. I know i can made extra colum for each page. Bud i would like to have template with 3 colum from the scratch. On the top i need some logo or some graphic. On the left for example menu, on middle colum it is content and on the right colum is maybe some onfo about wether or anything else. But all colum is showing on all pages automatically. Once i prepare what is showing there and it is showing on all pages. Also i would like to ask why is not possible to use more than one template for one project? When i try to find solution i find posibility to use page whitout template but this is not what i am looking for.

Unfortunately this feature is not present but you can open an "Idea" post where you suggest us the feature you would like to see in the future releases of WebSite X5.
At the moment you can create one page with the third column, where you add the content you want visible in all pages, and then in Menu 2 - Sitemap - you copy this page and paste it to have this layout ready for the next page.
