direct download from site Many people seem to have an issue with the auto-update feature, ( me included). I have canceled out virus protection to permit the update and I do not use a firewall. Same problem each time in that it reports it can not access the site. the solution would be to have a downloadable update direct off the site.
You may also think of having an about on the upper menu of the program so we can know what version of the software we are using.

Hello Stan and thanks for reporting it,
I can tell you that in the "Download" page of your profile on Answers you can already download the most up do date version of WebSite X5, in your case you cannot access to this section because you don't have any licence attached to your profile, probably you have installed it using a different email address than the one you use to log in on Answers.
In case you wish to attach your licence to your current profile, please open a new post pointing it out, thank you
