If you have password problems gaining access into Website X5 Ansers or fail to update your password. Please go to your browsers tools and select Internet Options/Connections/LAN settings and ensure local proxy is not ticked. This is ISP dependent and normally resolves the problem - Not an Website/Iconmedia problem, although they code put a bit of HTML code in to resolve the problem permanently.

You want a concept spec for HTML? Basically it is simple it's called no cache lol. LOcal caches of an ISP, especially here in RSA do not recall a password pop up or login screen basically HTML code inserted No Cache will call the new page/frame. They will have to do a work around with the code for the pop-up. I cannot remember but do not think this ever happened on the old Iconmedia site. This can save you many problems with cache related isssues which seem to be many. Basically it is how the browser is set under options. Another method is recalling the local cache page three times in a refresh - that is painful.
Thank you for explaining...but actually I ment open a post-idea for our technical team!
